It was end of 2014 when I had a WSIB claim denied for my work related injury. I tried to convince WSIB to approve my claim. I submitted all the necessary documents they needed but my claim was never approved and finally I gave it up.

After 2 years in late 2016, I happened to talk to Mr. Singleton after someone referred him to me. He listened very carefully to me and I gave all the related documents to him. I didn't have much hope and took really really easy on him. But I was shocked and surprised when I received a letter in December 2016 from WSIB approving my claim and subsequently received a cheque in mail.
